01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the jli29 platform — including the online casino, sportsbook, live dealer tables, and all associated gaming services available at jli29.net — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the player) and jli29. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform and close your account.

jli29 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Where satisfactory proof cannot be provided, jli29 reserves the right to suspend the account and withhold any funds pending resolution.

03 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to register and maintain one (1) jli29 account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same identity, different email addresses, different payment methods, or different devices — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances or bonuses associated with them will be forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your jli29 account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid email address. You must promptly update your account information if any of these details change.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jli29 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. jli29 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jli29 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and USDT. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change. 4.2 Currency

All transactions on jli29 are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. Where USDT is used, the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction will be applied to convert the equivalent PHP value to your wallet balance.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your jli29 wallet balance instantly upon confirmation. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take up to one (1) banking business day to reflect in your account. jli29 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, depending on the chosen payment method. jli29 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above a defined threshold.

4.5 Withdrawal Restrictions

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. jli29 reserves the right to delay, suspend, or decline a withdrawal request where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or pending KYC documentation.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

jli29 may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback rewards, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published at the time of each promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus amounts credited to your jli29 account must be wagered a minimum number of times before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

5.4 Right to Withdraw Promotions

jli29 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any bonuses already credited to a player's account at the time of promotion termination will remain subject to the original wagering requirements.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Rules

Each game available on the jli29 platform — including JILI slots, live baccarat, Dragon Tiger, live roulette, live blackjack, and sportsbook markets — is governed by its own specific game rules, which are displayed within the game interface or the relevant product section. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with applicable game rules before placing wagers.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jli29 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or registering under a false identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sports integrity violation in connection with sportsbook bets placed on jli29.

10 Limitation of Liability

• Loss of funds due to technical malfunctions, server downtime, or connectivity issues beyond jli29's reasonable control.

jli29's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jli29 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jli29's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms at any given time shall not constitute a waiver of jli29's right to enforce that provision in the future.
